Arrive 20 minutes before Mass, review Lector instructions, and review readings for the day. After the Usher distributes the offertory baskets and walks to the back of church,
proceed to the front of the altar, meet the Eucharistic Minister, bow,
and return to your seat At the sign of peace (if there is no server)
proceed to the altar, give the sign of peace to Father, and then
proceed down aisle to give sign of peace to congregation onthe right.

EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS .........

Arrive 20 minutes before Mass, set
up for the Eucharist, take the book to back of church. At the
procession to the altar ,carry the book to the altar and place it on
stand. After the Usher distributes the offertory baskets
and walks to the back of church, proceed to altar and the Lector will
proceed to the front of the altar. You will meet and bow, the Lector
will go to his seat, and you prepare the altar for communion. At the
sign of peace, after greeting Father, proceed to left to give sign of
peace to parishioners. At the procession from thealtar, (if there is no Server take the cross) proceed with Father.

USHERS ............................................

Arrive 30 minutes before Mass and light the candles, check air conditioners or heat, and greet and seat people. If a Server is not present, carry the cross in procession to the altar, and place on side.
After the Prayer of the Faithful, hand out the offertory baskets and
prepare the offertory procession. After Mass, hand out bulletins
as the parishioners leave the church.
